The school has a well-stocked library of books, CDs and periodicals in all the subjects.
Books from the school library will be issued to the students only during the long recess, on the day fixed for each class
Books for reference can be obtained from the librarian during the library hours. The books cannot be taken out of the library.
Perfect silence and order must be maintained in the library.
Periodicals and newspapers should not be removed from the reading room.
All the books must be entered in the library issue register before removing them.
Books are issued only for the borrower's use; hence, he/she may not exchange them with or lend them to others.
Books must be examined by the borrower before he/she leaves the library and must point out to the librarian if any damage is observed, or else he/she may be held responsible for it.
Books may not be kept for more than a week. They may, however, be extended for another week, provided the book is overdue.
In case of damage or loss of a book, the student will have to make good the loss or damage as assessed by the librarian. If one set volume is lost, the whole set must be replaced.
All the library books must be returned before the terminal or Final Examination, failing which pupil may be debarred from the examination.
No outside pen drives are allowed in the laptops of the digital library.
