90% attendance in a class is required for promotion to the next higher class.
Those who do not report to class for one week after the vacation will have their names struck off the rolls.
No students shall be absent from class without sufficient reason. Parents/guardians must clearly state the reason for the absence in the Leave Record of the School Diary.
Students cannot leave the campus during school hours, including recess time. The student should get the Gate Pass from the office in an emergency.
Those absent without prior permission shall not enter the class without the Principal’s permission. Unauthorized absence for more than 10 days will lead to removal from rolls.Absentees should bring a leave letter entered in the leave record, and absentees who have been absent for more than two days should bring their parent/guardian to the office.
Students suffering from contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school. In case of serious illness, the Principal must be informed within 3 days, and a Doctor’s certificate must be submitted.
Secondary and higher secondary-level students will have special classes as the subject teacher desires. Attendance is compulsory.
